WHICH ARE THE FIRST HOME TAX BENEFITS?

Who buys a first home (therefore does not have other properties for residential use) is entitled to tax benefits on the purchase and on the buy back.
Facilities on the purchase are : tax registration calculated at 3%, mortgage and cadastral in a fixed amount of € 168,00 each.
Preferential treatments on buy back if a private sells his first house. In this case he is entitled to a tax credit on the registration tax in the event that it has been purchased a new house within one year from the sale of the old property.
The credit shall not exceed the amount of the old registration tax.
